    Higiene y aislamiento: retractor y algodΓ³n para mantener la zona seca. Graba el esmalte con etch (~30 s), enjuaga y seca hasta ver la superficie mate (no brillante).

    Adhesivo + composite flow

    Aplica una capa fina de adhesivo (~10 s). Coloca una pequeΓ±a β€œgota” de flow algo mayor que la base de la gema y de grosor uniforme (sin exceso).

  • 3

    Colocar, limpiar y fotocurar

    Posiciona la gema con sonda, retira el exceso de flow alrededor (sin encapsular la gema) y fotocura con luz LED desde varios Γ‘ngulos. RecomendaciΓ³n: no comer/bebidas pigmentadas durante ~30 min.

Usa siempre materiales odontolΓ³gicos homologados y gemas sin plomo. Evita colocar sobre carillas/coronas. Para fΓ©rulas (aligners) o bruxismo, informar sobre posible ajuste.
